The Great Back Yard Bird Count runs February 12-15 2010. It is organized by Cornell Ornithology Lab Bird Studies Canada and the Bird watchers coast to coast are invited to take part in the 13th annual Great Backyard Bird Count Friday February 12 through Monday February 15 2010.The Great Backyard Bird Count GBBC is a community science project in ornithology. It is conducted annually in mid February. The event is supported by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and the National Audubon Society.The 13th annual Great Backyard Bird Count coming up February 12-15 2010 could be the greatest ever. The GBBC is pretty simple really. We ask that you watch and count birds anywhere you like for a minimum of 15 minutes on one or more days of the count.12-15.
